Section 1

General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the authority operating the mcw maga platform ("we", "us", "the Company") and any registered or unregistered user of this site ("you", "member").

By accessing the mcw maga website, using any service, or creating an account, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are requested to stop using this platform.

These Terms may be available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any ambiguity or discrepancy, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative. The Company reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Section 2

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

All services on mcw maga are for persons aged 21 or older only. Any person who does not meet this age requirement is strictly prohibited from registering an account, making a deposit, or taking part in any gaming or betting activity. If an underage person opens an account by providing false information, the Company reserves the right to forfeit any funds held in that account.

2.2 Registration Conditions

Each individual may operate only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and the associated balances and bonuses may be forfeited. Information provided at registration — name, mobile number, date of birth — must be accurate and kept up to date.

• You must provide your correct name, mobile number and date of birth at registration.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account information up to date at all times.
• Only one account may be opened per mobile number.
• Operating an account in the name or identity of a third party is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Account Security

Keep your login credentials — username and password — completely confidential and do not share them with anyone. You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account. If you notice any suspicious login or unauthorised access, contact our support team immediately.

Account Verification

mcw maga reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time when necessary. Until this process is completed, withdrawals or certain services may be temporarily suspended.

3.1 Required Documents

One or more of the following documents may be requested for identity verification:

• A clear photo of a National ID Card (NID) or passport.
• A bank account statement or mobile banking transaction record.
• A recent utility bill or proof of address.

The document verification process is generally completed quickly. If the requested documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily restricted.

3.2 Purpose of Verification

The main purposes of this process are to confirm the user's identity and age, to prevent money laundering and fraudulent activity, and to maintain the overall security of the platform. Collected information is stored under strict security protocols.

Section 4

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

mcw maga currently accepts deposits through the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳300.

When making a deposit, the account name and mobile banking number must be registered in your own name. Deposits made through a third party will not be accepted and will be returned if necessary.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timing

Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Successful withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.

• The account must be fully verified before a withdrawal request can be submitted.
• Withdrawn funds will be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements for that active bonus have been met.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, the Company reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal and carry out verification.

Section 5

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000; to withdraw the bonus, ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion may be claimed once only.
• If a withdrawal is made while a bonus is active, the bonus and related winnings may be cancelled.
• The list of games eligible for meeting wagering requirements will be stated on the promotion-specific page.
• If multiple accounts from the same household or the same device claim a bonus, all claims will be cancelled.
• The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time.

Section 6

VIP Program

The mcw maga VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier provides a weekly cashback benefit, which is a fixed percentage of that week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings).

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.

Example: a Silver tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback. Advancement to a higher tier depends on activity on the platform, and the criteria for tier changes are set by the Company.

Cashback will be credited to the account by a set time every Monday. Cashback funds may be withdrawn or used again in games — though specific wagering conditions may apply.

Section 7

Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Bet Limits

Each game and betting market has defined minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the game's own interface. mcw maga reserves the right to change these limits without notice if required.

7.2 Technical Errors

If a game or betting round is left incomplete due to server downtime, network disconnection or a software error, the Company will make a decision regarding that round at its own discretion. The Company reserves the right to void any round where there is a clear technical error in the game result.

7.3 Betting Rules

• A confirmed bet generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Separate in-play betting rules apply after a match has started.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for the related bet will be refunded, subject to specific conditions.
• If one selection in a multi-bet is void, it will be treated as odds of 1.00.

Section 8

Prohibited Conduct

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited. Breaching these conditions may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Operating multiple accounts or improperly exploiting bonus benefits.
• Using computer programs, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to conduct gaming or betting.
• Introducing hacking, viruses or any harmful code into the platform's software.
• Stealing another user's information or attempting unauthorised access to their account.
• Deliberately exploiting system vulnerabilities or errors.
• Using the platform for money laundering or unlawful financial activity.
• Operating an account using a false identity or false information.

Section 9

Responsible Gaming

mcw maga believes that gaming and betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We encourage all our members to play responsibly and with awareness. • Members can set their own daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits.
• A self-exclusion (Self-Exclusion) request can be made for a set period or permanently if needed.

It is every family's responsibility to prevent those under 21 from using this platform. Using parental control tools is recommended.

Privacy and Data Protection

Section 11

Intellectual Property

All content on the mcw maga platform — logos, graphics, text, code, databases, interface design and other elements — is covered by the Company's intellectual property rights or is used under appropriate licences. Copying, distributing, modifying or republishing any part of these assets without prior permission is prohibited.

The names, logos and content of game providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, etc.) belong to their respective intellectual property rights. mcw maga uses this content solely as a service provider platform.

Section 12

Limitation of Liability

The following are matters for which mcw maga does not accept responsibility:

• Leakage or loss of account information due to the user's own negligence.
• Delays or technical issues with third-party payment services.
• Losses caused by errors in a game provider's server or software.
• Incomplete betting sessions due to loss of internet connection.
• Gaming interruptions caused by technical issues on the user's end.

There is a risk of financial loss in gaming and betting activities. mcw maga does not guarantee winnings under any circumstances. Every member uses the platform with full awareness and acceptance of this risk.

Section 13

Account Suspension and Closure

13.1 Suspension by the Platform

mcw maga reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• If any clause of the Terms and Conditions is violated.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• If false information is found to have been provided during identity verification.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

13.2 Closure by the Member

Any member may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting our support team. Eligible balances may be withdrawn before the account is closed; however, any bonuses whose conditions have not been met will be forfeited.

Section 14

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a transaction, game result, or bonus, please first notify our support team via 24/7 live chat or email. The support team provides service in both Bengali and English.

If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, a formal complaint may be submitted, which will be reviewed at a higher management level. The time required for a decision depends on the complexity of the dispute.

Section 15

Changes to Terms and Conditions

mcw maga reserves the right to change, revise, or add new clauses to any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be provided on the platform or to the registered email address.

If you continue using the platform after any changes, you will be considered to have automatically accepted the updated Terms and Conditions. The latest Terms and Conditions will always be available on this page, and the date of the last update will be noted at the top of the page.
